Karin Hanzi, Founder of Epicentro Dalva, a farm which has the focus of regenerating earth with food production. Dalva offers research, training, and production including models for fruits, veggies, chickens, and essential oils production in agroforestry systems. This year Dalva migrated to a mechanised production. Karin has worked at Fazenda da Toca with Ernst Götsch with research and development of large-scale mechanized agroforestry production, known as syntropic farming.
