As MD of digital marketing agency Propellernet, I lead a team of 40 consultants who specialise in brand strategy and digital marketing. We became a certified B Corp in June 2021. Our progressive culture. based on trust and autonomy. has been the subject of case studies by the likes of Corporate Rebels and we are taking radical climate action.

I recently completed the first 'Climate Change: Business Towards Net Zero' course at the University of Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership and have founded/co-founded two SME focussed climate action initiatives called Low Carbon Leaders and The Million Tree Pledge - both of which encourage large scale carbon drawdown via investment in natural climate restoration.
