Guiding Kalsec’s business strategy to be a force for good. Kalsec, a 62 year old privately held company, just had it's 1st "B Day" in April 2021. Kalsec is "balanced" in the 5 impact areas of B-Corp.  I am most engaged now in how we, as a B2B business, can impact holding global temperature increase to 1.5C.  I'm looking for discussions on how to filter through actions that help to reach that goal in the most equitable, just and profitable way in our natural ingredient ecosystem.  Our company mantra is to remain private and sustainable for the next 100 years.  Climate change is material to our business success.
