Charlotte Sewell
Charlotte Sewell is a freelance facilitator and advisor focused on accelerating organizational response to the climate and ecological emergency As strategic advisor to the B Global Climate Task Force, she supports 900+ businesses who have committed to reach Net Zero by 2030 and is passionate about working with individuals and teams to share best practice and ground all climate action work in Climate Justice.
Charlotte’s commitment to social justice stems from her experience growing up in lively faith-based communities across the UK, which included champioing the fairtrade movement from a young age , and has been strengthened by the role she played at COOK- a family-owned food business in the UK. At COOK, she led on Social Impact and Learning and Development for a team of 1200 people. Alongside managing a nationwide community engagement initiative, ‘Community Kitchen’ she oversaw COOK’s ambitious work force development programme, RAW Talent, which works with brilliant people facing barriers to employment, on their journey into the workplace.
